1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products (personal care items), we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, leaking, or defective upon delivery.
- The item received is incorrect or does not match your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with:
- Your Order ID
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- Customers must record a clear, unedited unboxing video starting from the moment the sealed.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with the next steps.
3. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days:
- For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Used or opened products
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products returned after 48 hours of delivery
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once the product is shipped, cancellations are not permitted. Please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
