We currently deliver across India.

2. Delivery Timeframe

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Locations: 4–7 business days
• Remote/Rural Areas: Up to 10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local holidays, or unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier delays, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: ₹50 on orders above ₹500
• Express Shipping: Available in select areas (extra charges may apply)

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• A confirmation email or SMS with your tracking ID
• A link to track your package in real-time

If you don’t receive tracking details within 48 hours, please contact us.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery, including but not limited to:

• Delhivery
• Blue Dart
• DTDC
• India Post (for remote locations)

6. Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable during delivery:

• Our courier partner will attempt re-delivery up to two times.
• If the order remains undelivered, it may be returned to us.

For re-shipment, additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or appears tampered with, please:

• Refuse delivery and report it immediately
• Email us at [email protected] with your Order ID and photos (if possible)

If your order is lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or refund after verification.
